On Thursday, December 18, 2008, US Term Limits President, Philip Blumel, will be holding a press conference with United States Senator Sam Brownback (R-KS). At the press conference, Senator Brownback will announce that he will honor his pledge not to serve a third term in the U.S. Senate.
